In the project the Vodovnik Collection was put on display in the central floor of the former parson’s house in Skomarje, a settlement in the Municipality of Zreče. In addition, promotional material was made, workshops were carried out and at the conclusion of the project the Collection was opened for public with a cultural event. The organised permanent exhibition of the works written by Jurij Vodovnik, a folk singer and poet, is a major contribution to the preservation of cultural heritage, raising awareness about the significance of its preservation and strengthening the sense of belonging and identity to the Slovenian tradition.
